Can eating comes hand in hand we feel  stressed or a little bit sorry for ourselves, so  without thinking indulge ourselves in that chocolate cake or that high calorie desert.

Which isnt necessary a problem but over time stress and eating can become a habbit which can lead to health problems diabeties etc.

It has been proven that stress and eating can relate to health issues.  Sometimes when we have a headache or simply can’t get adequate sleep it could be related to stress.

Define Stress management

Stress and eating can become a different problem all together as  the more we feel stressed the more we eat, which means the more unhappy we will become if we see the pounds pilling on on top of our stress.

Its vital that we recognise stress symptons sooner rather than later as stress going unmissed could lead to high or low blood pressure,heart problems diabeties and obesity.

 

Here is a list of some symptons that could prove your feeling stressed

      • Constant headaches
      • Chest pains
      • reduced sex drive
      • Fatigue(feeling tired)
      • Stomach upsets
      • muscle pain and tension

      • Feeling sad and depressed
      • Anxiety
      • Feeling angry and distressed
      • Not feeling very focused or motivated Restlessness

Stress effecting our behaviour

      • Wanting to issolate yourself
      • Alchol/drug abuse
      • Not exercising enough
      • Sudden outburst of irratic or angry spells

 

      • Make sure you have a breakfast with protein in.
      • Stay away from drinks and juices with lots of sugar in.
      • Drink water half an hour before you have a meal.
      • Choose foods that are lower in calories.

These are just some of my health tips which i know from my previous experiences actually make a real difference.

 

Getting a good night sleep is key to keeping us healthy. lack of sleep can make you pile on the pounds, Research has proven that getting less than the 7 hours recommended sleep which we need can slow down our metabolism.

Another factor is the longer we’re awake the more we start to eat and snack.

Mу unсlе Dave wаѕ 60 уеаrѕ оld whеn hе ѕtаrtеd trаining fоr a hаlf mаrаthоn race. Hе trаinеd 6 dауѕ a wееk tоgеthеr with hiѕ buddу. Aftеr ѕix mоnthѕ оf trаining, Unсlе Dаvе ѕuссеѕѕfullу соmрlеtеd thе hаlf mаrаthоn. Hе wаѕ thе оldеѕt оnе оn thе соmреtitiоn, but hе wаѕ not thе ѕlоwеѕt. Hiѕ ѕuссеѕѕ inѕрirеd him tо trаin tо run thе full mаrаthоn.

    Do you recommend that each person go through a stress test to see what the body can handle? I know stress is different for everyone and I feel like once you know where you are standing on that scale, you can better handle how to deal with it in the long run.
