A Little bit about me
Hi my name is Samantha and I’m the owner of a healthy new you. I’ll start by introducing myself I’m 32 years old and mother to 3 wonderful children. I have an extremely busy and hectic life.
Over the past few years I have become passionate about about health and fitness awareness and issues. Raising 3 children have given me the inspiration and the importance of staying as healthy and fit as possible.
I have struggled with weight gain for a number of years on the other hand have also really struggled with weight loss.
During my years of gaining weight I tried every single diet possible with not a lot of progress which I found very depressing at times. When I finally managed to stabilize my weight I felt 10 times more happy and energetic and very fit.
Flipping the coin when I started to loose weight dramatically I found this very unnatural, There are several reasons why people loose weight whether its due to stress busy schedules depression or just not having an appetite. This can cause some major issues according to your health and fitness.
